John Krasinski

 John Burke Krasinski (/kr@'zInski/ born on October 20, 1979)[2 is an American actor and film maker. He is most well-known for his role in The Office as Jim Halpert. He is best known for his role as Jim Halpert on NBC's sitcom The Office. Time named him among the top 100 influential people around the globe in 2018.His films include License to Wed (2007), Leatherheads (2008), Away We Go (2009), It's Complicated (2009), Something Borrowed (2011), Big Miracle (2012), Promised Land (2012), Aloha (2015), The Hollars (2016), and 13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi (2016). Krasinski played and directed the drama Brief Interviews With the Most Hideous Men (2009), and comedy-drama The Hollars (2016). In the year 2018, Krasinski co-wrote, directed, and starred in the critically highly acclaimed horror film A Quiet Place. He was cast as the character of Jack Ryan in the Amazon thriller series Jack Ryan. He was nominated for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in the Drama Series at the Screen Actors Guild Awards for his role.In addition to acting in films and TV series, Krasinski has performed voice-over work for documentaries and animated films like Monsters University and a small role in Shrek the Third. In 2013, he launched Sunday Night Productions, a production company. Krasinski is married to English actress Emily Blunt, with whom they have two daughters.
