Brooke Shields

 Brooke Christa Shields, born May 31, 1965 was an American actress. When she was 12 she was a child model. She was praised by critics for her role in Louis Malle’s 1978 film Pretty Baby (1978). She continued to model into her late teenage years and appeared in a variety of dramas in the 1980s and beyond, including The Blue Lagoon (1980), and Franco Zeffirelli's Endless Love (1981). Shields quit her modeling career to go to Princeton University in 1983. She graduated with a bachelor's in Romance languages. [1] In the 1990s, Shields returned to acting and appeared in minor roles in films. She was also a star in the NBC sitcoms Suddenly Susan (1996-192000), for which two Golden Globe nominations were received as well as Lipstick Jungle (2008)-2009. [2] Shields was on NBC in 2017 and had an ongoing role as a Law & Order: Special Victims Unit character in the show’s 19th season. Shields voices Beverly Goodman on the Adult Swim animated show Mr. Pickles since 2014.
