Bam Margera

Following the success of CKY Jeff Tremaine, a former Big Brother editor, noticed Margera's video clips. He invited him to join MTV's Jackass team. Margera and Ryan Dunn became mainstays of the cast while others CKY crew members took on support roles in various ways. Margera went on to appear in Jackass: The Movie, Jackass Number Two, Jackass 2.5, Jackass 3D and Jackass 3.5. Several skits in the first Jackass movie were CKY-style pieces which were shot in and around West Chester, but similar scenes from the sequel were removed following the arrest of Margera's uncle Vincent Margera on suspicion of inappropriately touching two minors. In 2003, Margera played himself in the movie Grind that portrayed four young men who follow an experienced skateboarder who is a professional skateboarder from Chicago from Chicago to California. A lot of Jackass members appear in the film, along with professional skateboarders and celebrities. Upon release, it received generally negative critiques from critics, however it was highly praised from the general public. After Jackass, Margera was awarded his own MTV show, Viva La Bam, which ran for five seasons from 2003 to 2005. The show focused on Margera and his crew in diverse stunts and missions. The show was primarily shot in West Chester, it also traveled across New Orleans, Los Angeles and Brazil. In addition to the regular series, there have been special episodes have also been released, such as "Viva La Spring Break" as well as"Lost "lost" episode on the Viva La Bands CDIn 2007, Margera was engaged and the wedding was shot for Bam's Unholy Union as a follow-up to Viva la Bam. The show follows Margera and his then-fiancee Missy Rothstein and their pals during the months leading up to their wedding. In 2008, Margera had a "prominent, non-sex role" in a porn film directed by Gina Lynn, The Fantasstic Whores 4 which starred Brandon Novak. Margera was featured on Nitro Circus in 2009.
