Fat Joe

Joseph Antonio Cartagena, better known as Fat Joe, was born on the 19th of August 1970. He is an American rapper who hails from New York City. His music career began by being a member of the hip-hop group Diggin' in the Crates Crew (D.I.T.C. ), then forged an independent music career and started his own label Terror Squad. He signed Big Pun, Remy ma, Tony Sunshine and Armageddon. The first album by Fat Joe, "Represent", was released in 1993. It brought about the hit single "Flow Joe" that reached number one on the Billboard Hot Rap Songs Chart. Jealous Ones Still E. was his biggest commercially successful album. (2001); it was certified platinum by the RIAA[3] and international certified silver by BPI,[4in addition to reaching the top 100 of several music charts. Most well-known are the hits "Lean Back" (2004 featuring Terror Squad), "What's Luv?" He is best known for his hit songs "Lean Back" (2004 and Terror Squad) and "What's Luv?" In 2018 , he started hosting an online podcast on Tidal, Coca Vision, in which he talks about music, friendships and pop culture with various guests. 5] His album Family Ties was released in December of 2019.
